NEW YORK (AP) — A New York City high school plans to hold an emergency meeting after police say seven teens were hurt during a street brawl outside the school.

WNBC-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1TzGWRQ ) cellphone video shows dozens of teenagers fighting outside the City College Academy for the Arts Monday afternoon as the Manhattan high school was letting out.

The station says about 50 teens were involved. It's unclear how many are students at the school.

An emergency meeting is scheduled for parents on Wednesday.

The Department of Education said Tuesday it will continue working with police to make every school building safe.
