SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — North Korea is making another provocative claim. Pyongyang says it has successfully tested a new intercontinental ballistic rocket engine that'll give it the ability to stage nuclear strikes on the United States. But South Korean officials say the North doesn't yet have a reliable intercontinental ballistic missile, let alone the ability to arm it with a nuclear warhead.

BRUSSELS (AP) — The arrest Friday of five men suspected of links to the Brussels bombings, including the last known fugitive in last year's Paris attacks, is raising new questions about the extent of the Islamic State cell thought to have carried out the attacks. Authorities are trying to determine if one of the men arrested was the mysterious "man in the hat" seen on video at the Brussels airport

WASHINGTON (AP) — Hillary Clinton says Donald Trump's call for Mexico to pay for a wall along its border with the United States "is like a 'Saturday Night Live' skit." The Democratic front-runner is also criticizing Trump for calling NATO obsolete and for saying some Asian nations might need nuclear weapons. Clinton is campaigning in New York, ahead of the state's April 19 primary.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Attorney General Brad Schimel is promising to appeal a judge's decision that struck down the state's right-to-work law, championed by Republican Gov. Scott Walker. The judge ruled that the law violates the state constitution. Schimel says he's confident the ruling will not stand, noting that no similar law has been struck down in any other state.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Sales of "Caucasians" shirts, depicting the Cleveland Indians' mascot as a caricature of a white person, skyrocketed one day after ESPN's Bomani Jones wore one while co-hosting the network's "Mike & Mike" show. Jones, who is black, says those who were offended should also be offended by the Indians' Chief Wahoo logo. He also calls the Washington Redskins name a slur.
