MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — An 18-year-old who pleaded guilty to causing about $36,000 in damage to vehicles and businesses in Moscow with a BB gun is back in custody for violating his probation.

The Moscow-Pullman Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/24yNusq ) that Jonathan Walters is being held in Latah County Jail on no bond and is accused of violating his probation by "mudding" through a privat4e field, testing positive for marijuana and acting dismissive toward treatment.

Walters pleaded guilty to felony malicious injury to property for shooting out the windows of 36 vehicles and 15 businesses with a BB gun while driving around Moscow with a juvenile boy in August. As part of his plea agreement, he was sentenced to pay restitution and serve five years on probation.
