Dashcam video shows Van Dyke shooting Laquan McDonald 16 times as he walks away from police officers with a knife at his side.
HONOLULU (AP) — Sitting and lying down on state lands in Hawaii could become illegal under a proposal in the state Legislature. Experts on homelessness say they don't know of any other state with such a ban. State Rep.
