TRUMBULL, Conn. (AP) — A 46-year-old former teacher's aide awaiting trial on charges she carried on a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student has been arrested again in connection with the assault of another teen.
The Connecticut Post reports (http://bit.ly/1OsxMVa ) that Kyle Damato-Kushel was charged Wednesday with multiple counts of both sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
Police say Damato-Kushell's first victim told officers she had sex with his 16-year-old friend in August 2014.
Police say the former aide at Wooster Middle School in Stratford had sexual contact with both boys after picking them up and taking them to a Marriott Hotel in Trumbull. Damato-Kushel's two daughters, now ages 8 and 15, were allegedly present in the room.
Damato-Kushell's attorney told police she refused to be interviewed regarding the new charges.
