BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — The latest on Wednesday's release of the investigative report into the Louisiana theater shooting last summer (all times local):

Drug tests conducted on the body of the man who waged a deadly attack in a Louisiana movie theater last summer showed no signs of illegal substances, but some alcohol.

A police report on the shooting was released Wednesday. It includes lab results showing that the body of John Russell Houser tested negative for a variety of drugs, including marijuana, amphetamines, barbiturates and opiates.

Alcohol was evident in various concentrations in his blood, urine, and the fluid in his eyes. His blood-alcohol level was 0.05 percent, lower than the 0.08 percent level considered proof of intoxication in drunken-driving cases.

Houser fatally shot two people and wounded nine others before killing himself as police closed in on the theater in Lafayette on July 23, 2015.

Authorities looking into the Louisiana movie theater shooting say that sometime after the attack, they discovered social media posts about the shooter's "anti-government tendencies."

Lafayette police released a 589-page report Wednesday detailing their investigation into the July 23, 2015 shooting.

Police say John Russell Houser stood up during a screening of "Trainwreck" at the Lafayette theater and opened fire. He killed two people and wounded nine others before killing himself.

In one part of the report, authorities elaborate on social media posts from Houser in which he talked about his political beliefs and "anti-government tendencies."

The report says Houser described how he had "battled his local government and had a hatred for the United States Government."

In another post, Houser talked about his interest in "Golden Dawn," which authorities described as a Greek organization with neo-Nazi beliefs.

A report released by police in Louisiana into a theater shooting last summer that killed two people describes the various encounters people had with the shooter.

Some parts of the 589 pages of documents released Wednesday were redacted but they still provide a revealing look at the initial police response to the July shooting.

Police say John Russell Houser stood up during a July 23, 2015 screening of "Trainwreck" and opened fire, killing two people and wounded nine others before fatally shooting himself.

One person described selling a "long, light brunette wig" to a "rude man" on July 22, the day before the shooting.

The person later realized the man was the shooter.

Another unidentified woman described to state troopers how she had met a man who identified himself as John Houser at a church on July 13.

She said he appeared to have been homeless for some time.
