Some Sunni Arab nations have followed the Saudis' lead and severed or downgraded ties with Iran, while others have offered words of caution aimed at calming the situation.
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — There's a tidy sum on the line tonight in the Powerball lottery drawing. The jackpot is an estimated $450 million -- the biggest lottery prize in nearly a year. A Powerball prize that climbed to $564.1 million last February before it was won by players from North Carolina, Texas and Puerto Rico. Powerball is played in 44 states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
