PARAGONAH, Utah (AP) — The body of a California man who was camping in southern Utah has been found.
The Deseret News reports (http://bit.ly/1SMi4aF ) that Iron County sheriff's officials found the man Monday after multiple calls from concerned family members over the weekend prompted a search.
The man, who was in his early 70s and whose name was not released, arrived in the area Thursday to camp. He was found dead about a mile from his campsite roughly 20 miles from Pragonah.
Lt. Del Schlosser says the death is not suspicious. The state medical examiner's office will perform an autopsy on the body.
