POST FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A Post Falls man will spend at least one year in jail for a BB gun shooting rampage that caused an estimated $18,000 in damage.
The Coeur d'Alene Press reports (http://bit.ly/21McbQL ) that Cody G. DeVaughn was sentenced to four years in prison, with one year fixed, for malicious injury to property, a felony.
DeVaughn pleaded guilty to shooting out the windows of at least 20 vehicles and three homes in May.
DeVaughn and his 19-year-old accomplice will eventually be required to pay for the damage in restitution.
