LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities say a 25-year-old Las Vegas man is dead after he was struck by an SUV near the M Resort.

KSNV-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1XdBtSV ) that Daniel Robledo had been walking across the street when he was hit Thursday. His official cause and manner of death are pending an autopsy.

The SUV, which is apparently owned by the M Resort, had been heading north on Las Vegas Boulevard when it collided with Robledo.

The Nevada Highway Patrol says the driver was not speeding or impaired, and no charges will be filed.
