WEST JORDAN, Utah (AP) — Police say one person was hurt when a party in West Jordan took a violent turn.
KUTV in Salt Lake City reports (http://bit.ly/1MumqPN) officers were called to a loud party at the Boulder Canyon Apartments around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police say a man suffered a gunshot wound in the hand and was taken to a hospital. He was treated and released.
According to investigators, shots were fired from two different caliber weapons outside the apartments.
Police are looking into whether the shooting was gang-related.
No other details were released.
