COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — A law enforcement official is identifying the man who killed three people during a rampage through the streets of Colorado Springs on Saturday. He's identified as 33-year-old Noah Harpham. Witnesses say the gunman had a rifle in one hand and a revolver in the other when he killed a bicyclist. He then walked less than a mile and fatally shot two women who were on a porch of a sober living home. Witnesses say he was then killed in a gunbattle with police.

BUCHAREST, Romania (AP) — With many more survivors hospitalized with critical injuries, authorities believe the death toll from the weekend fire at a Romanian nightclub could go much higher. It reached 31 today with the death of one of the injured. More than 130 others remain hospitalized. Prosecutors say three owners of the club are suspected of manslaughter. They were questioned today.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Jeb Bush says the presidential election "is not about a set of personalities. It's about a set of principles." His remarks today were not just a jab at rivals Donald Trump and Marco Rubio -- but also an acknowledgement that Bush delivered a flat performance in last week's Republican debate in Colorado. Bush today hit the re-set button on his campaign, and unveiled a revamped slogan: "Jeb Can Fix It." His speech in his home state of Florida amounted to a re-declaration of his candidacy, without changing his message or significantly changing his campaign strategy.

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — As Congress considers legislation that would cut sentences for non-violent drug offenders, President Barack Obama is hoping to focus attention on the struggles faced by the offenders once they are set free. Obama today toured a drug treatment center in Newark, New Jersey, as he continues his push for an overhaul of the criminal justice system. The center helps former inmates find housing, jobs and the skills needed to transition to life outside of prison.

PITTSBURGH (AP) — A star of the reality TV show "Dance Moms" has pleaded not guilty to charges that she tried to conceal $775,000 in income from the Lifetime network show and from spinoff projects. Abigale Lee Miller entered the plea today in Pittsburgh. The investigation began when a bankruptcy judge saw her on TV in December of 2012, and figured she had to be making more than the $8,900 in monthly income she had been claiming during her bankruptcy case.
