Boy dies in golf cart accident near Wilder

WILDER, Idaho (AP) — Canyon County authorities say a young boy has died after being pinned underneath a golf cart near Wilder.

The Idaho Press-Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1PVabjS ) that emergency responders arrived to the scene Wednesday and found the 10-year-old boy unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The sheriff's office says the boy had been driving the golf cart near his home Wednesday, when it rolled and landed on top of him.

Authorities are unsure what caused the golf cart to roll.
