LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities are investigating a construction accident at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas that left a worker dead.
The worker has been identified as 27-year-old Joshua Richard Meade of Las Vegas.
Meade was critically injured Wednesday morning at the university's Thomas and Mack Center. He was transported to a hospital, where he later died.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
The Clark County Coroner's Office has yet to release the cause and manner of Meade's death.
