LOGAN, Utah (AP) — A former Utah State University fraternity brother is set to face trial in February on sexual assault charges.

The Logan Herald Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1VaWUTu) that the trial was scheduled Tuesday in the case of 27-year-old Jason Relopez.

A judge ordered him to stand trial in August, after a 19-year-old woman testified that Relopez raped her multiple times and another woman, age 20, she had been doing homework with Relopez when they started making out. She said she told him she didn't want to have sex but he raped her.

The Associated Press generally does not name people who make allegations of sexual assault.

A five-day jury trial on charges of sexual assault and rape is set to begin Feb. 8. A lawyer for Relopez didn't immediately return a call seeking comment.
