WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (AP) — Police say a spat between neighbors in West Valley City ended with one man shooting another in the foot.
KSL-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1NMd9ny) that West Valley Police Lt. Dalan Taylor says the Friday night argument ended with the man who was shot being hospitalized.
Taylor says the two men were fighting outside around 8 p.m. when the shot was fired. He wasn't sure whether it was on the sidewalk or in a yard.
The men live a few houses away from each other and it wasn't immediately clear what caused them to argue.
Taylor says the other man hadn't been arrested as of 9 p.m. Friday.
