SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Police say they have arrested two men who led officers on a chase after allegedly robbing a Salt Lake City taco stand at gunpoint.

The Deseret News reports (http://bit.ly/1Ilo6y9 ) that 21-year-old David Arambula and 28-year-old Kenny Jauregi were arrested Tuesday.

Salt Lake City police detective Greg Wilking says officers had initiated a vehicle chase with the two suspects, who were in an SUV with no license plate. Police gave pursuit for about 10 minutes before the SUV reportedly popped two tires after a sharp turn at a residential intersection.

Both men were arrested shortly after officers chased them down on foot.

Wilking says the speed of the chase ranged from 30 mph to 50 mph.

No injuries have been reported in the armed robbery or vehicle pursuit.
