ABERDEEN, Idaho (AP) — The Idaho State Police are investigating a fatal crash early Sunday in Power County.
State police say 32-year-old Serafin Gutierrez, of American Falls, lost control of his pickup truck about 9 miles west of Aberdeen, drove off the left side of the road and rolled.
He was not wearing a seatbelt and was declared dead at the scene. Authorities believe alcohol was involved in the crash.
