BOSTON (AP) — A jury has sentenced Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (joh-HAHR' tsahr-NEYE'-ehv) to death for the Boston Marathon bombing, rejecting the argument of defense lawyers that the now 21-year-old was just a "kid" who fell under the influence of his fanatical older brother. The jury found that Tsarnaev committed 11 of 12 aggravating factors that prosecutors said supported a sentence of death, including that he showed a lack of remorse.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — The National Transportation Safety Board says it's examining damage on the windshield of the Amtrak train that derailed in Philadelphia to see if it was hit by something before Tuesday night's crash. She says she thought she heard the Amtrak engineer say the same had happened to his train.

Stevie Wonder says King's music, style of playing and singing "will last forever" thanks to his recordings and the influence he "has had and will have on guitarists all over this planet."
