KINGMAN, Ariz. (AP) — A Las Vegas man is facing a homicide charge after being arrested in Chloride on a fugitive from justice warrant related to a botched plastic surgery that led to a woman's death.
The Kingman Daily Miner reports (http://bit.ly/1ApnS07) Mohave County Sheriff's spokeswoman Trish Carter says deputies found Cody Blake Stoneking hiding under a blanket in the former silver mining town that's home to about 400 people.
Stoneking and Karl Bachman are suspected of performing an unlicensed plastic surgery procedure that the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported in October resulted in the death of a 74-year-old woman.
Nevada State medical examiners say neither Stoneking nor Bachman is a licensed physician in that state.
