HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) — A 53-year-old man reported missing on Tuesday after a hike has been found near the Arizona border.
Henderson police said Kevin Landis called for help at 9 a.m. Friday.
He was near Nelson's Landing by the Arizona border.
Landis was last seen on April 1 by co-workers who reported him missing when he didn't return to work by Tuesday morning.
Authorities believe the man went hiking near the River Mountain Loop trail near the Las Vegas area suburb of Henderson.
Police spokeswoman Michelle French said authorities don't know when Landis left for the hike but were told he usually goes hiking during his vacations.
The man looked to be in good condition but is being taken to the hospital for possible dehydration.
