STANLEY, Idaho (AP) — Central Idaho authorities say a man has been found dead under his snowmobile near Pettit Lake.
Blaine County Sheriff Gene Ramsey tells The Times-News (http://bit.ly/1FqOMpS) that deputies on Tuesday went to a cabin looking for a 70-year-old Blaine County man who had not returned home.
Ramsey says the cabin had lights on and was warm.
He says deputies then spotted an overturned snowmobile and found the man dead underneath.
Ramsey says the cause of death isn't known, but it doesn't appear suspicious.
The man's name hasn't been released.
