No physical illness...FBI investigates incident outside NSA...Obama: Be more like Ted

DUESSELDORF, Germany (AP) — Investigators still aren't coming up with any evidence that Andreas Lubitz had been suffering from any sort of physical illness before he flew a passenger plane into a mountain last week, killing 150 people. But they say he had received treatment several years ago for suicidal tendencies. His employer isn't saying whether it was aware of that -- citing confidentiality rules.

FORT MEADE, Md. (AP) — The FBI is interviewing witnesses to this morning's shooting outside the gate of the National Security Agency at Fort Meade in Maryland. Officials say two men dressed as women had tried to ram a car into the gate, but were stopped by security personnel. They say one of the men in the car was killed, and the other was wounded.

NEW YORK (AP) — The New York City mayor's office says one of the two bodies recovered after a building collapse has been officially identified. The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Nicholas Figueroa. The bowling alley worker was on a date at a restaurant Thursday when the explosion and fire leveled three buildings. DNA testing will be done to identify the second body that was recovered yesterday. It's believed to be that of a restaurant worker who was reported missing after the blast.

SANAA, Yemen (AP) — The spokesman for the Saudi-led campaign against rebels in Yemen says coalition naval forces have besieged the country's ports. They're blocking the movement of ships to prevent weapons and fighters from entering or leaving Yemen. This is the fifth day of airstrikes targeting Shiite rebels and their allies loyal to the country's former president. They seized the capital last September, and Yemen's internationally recognized president fled the country last week.

BOSTON (AP) — President Barack Obama says American politicians in an era of partisanship should try to carry themselves more the late Massachusetts Sen. Edward Kennedy. Obama was speaking at the formal dedication of an institute named for Kennedy in Boston. He says Kennedy understood the only point of running for office was to get something done. Kennedy died of brain cancer in 2009.
