TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — The University of Arizona has launched a new online campus that offers 21 undergraduate programs.
The school already offers over 40 online graduate school degrees and certificates. Now, it will make online undergraduate degrees available in August 2015.
Some of the undergraduate offers include a bachelor of science in sustainably built environments that focuses on the so-called new green economy. Another online degree is in early childhood education.
University officials say the new online programs reflect the school's commitment to meeting students' evolving needs.
