CANTON, Ohio (AP) — Police in Ohio say a woman with concealed knives and martial arts throwing stars was arrested outside a hospital, and a man who worked there had a protection order against her.
A Canton police report says 51-year-old Regina Lynn Bollerud was waiting outside a door at Mercy Medical Center on Tuesday morning.
The report says Bollerud had two knives concealed on her right wrist, plus two more knives and four throwing stars on her waist. Officers also found four more knives, an auto glass-breaking tool and a bottle of pills in her purse.
She's been charged with violating the domestic violence protection order, carrying concealed weapons and drug possession.
She's in jail with a $100,000 bond. Records didn't say if she had an attorney who could comment on the accusations.
