NAMPA, Idaho (AP) — Nearly 30 cars at a southwest Idaho salvage yard caught fire and burned.
Authorities say the fire started at a Nampa salvage yard at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Nampa Fire Department Battalion Chief Dave May tells the Idaho Press-Tribune (http://bit.ly/181N0Sc ) that there were no injuries and damage was limited to 27 junked vehicles.
May says it took about an hour to put the fire out, and its cause isn't known.
