FRUIT HEIGHTS, Utah (AP) — A man has found a skull in bushes along a frontage road near U.S. 89 in Davis County.
Sheriff's Sgt. DeeAnn Servey says tests will be conducted to determine if it is a human skull.
She says the man was walking along a foot path when he noted the skull in Fruit Heights on Thursday evening.
Servey says it appears the skull was there "for some time."
A forensic team investigated the scene for several hours Thursday night, and did not immediately find any bones.
