NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed 90 cents a bale lower to $2.80 higher Thursday.
The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton advanced 54 cents to 60.49 cents per pound Thursday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
