LOS ANGELES (AP) — The lawyer for hip-hop music mogul Marion "Suge" Knight says sheriff's investigators have a video in their possession of an incident in which he hit two men with his pickup truck, killing one. Lawyer James Blatt says he'll be viewing it Monday or Tuesday, though authorities say they have made no such arrangements. The video may help clarify whether knight was the victim, as he claims, or the attacker. Knight is being held on $2 million bail for suspicion of murder.
