TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey's Department of Education has released its annual school-by-school performance reports.

The reports allow anyone to see how schools compare to those statewide and those with similar demographic profiles on standardized tests and by other measures.

The reports released Friday use data for the 2013-14 school year.

There's one new measure this year — a count of how many high school students participated last year in the career and technical education programs. Statewide, about one-fifth of high school students were in the programs.
