Utah has fresh locally grown produce to offer year round, including right now in our cold winter months. And you can find it all at Salt Lake City's Winter Market at Rio Grande. For produce you can find carrots, beets, spinach, arugula, kale and many others. You can find cheese, local meats and Alaskan salmon. And don't forget the caramel, BBQ sauces, jams and jellies.
