WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) — Police at UNC Wilmington are looking into the death of a senior whose body was found in his on-campus apartment.

A statement from the school said the body of 21-year-old Douglas Alberto Perez of Waxhaw was found on Tuesday at Seahawk Landing apartments.

Officials said there were no signs of foul play, but they released no other details.

The school's office of university relations said counselors will be available to students and employees.
