MOAPA, Nev. (AP) — A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in a single-vehicle wreck that killed a passenger near Moapa.
The Nevada Highway Patrol says Vincent Bushhood of Moapa was booked into the Clark County jail after he lost control of his vehicle on State Route 168 early Saturday, causing it to leave the roadway and overturn.
A passenger, 35-year-old David Lee of Moapa, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 1:20 a.m. accident is under investigation.
