PARIS (AP) — A French police official says the weapons used by a terror cell in attacks in the Paris region that left 17 people dead came from outside the country. The official says the amount spent on the weapons stockpile shows an organized network and authorities are tracing the source of the financing and several people are being sought. The news comes hours after a Bulgarian prosecutor announced the arrest of a man with ties to one of the brothers who carried out the Charlie Hebdo newspaper massacre.
PARIS (AP) — There's a cartoon of the Prophet Muhammad on the cover of Charlie Hebdo's newest edition. It's the first time the satirical weekly has gone to print since last week's attack on the newspaper offices that left 12 people dead, including much of the editorial staff and two police. Charlie Hebdo has faced repeated threats for depictions of the prophet. The latest shows Muhammad weeping, while holding a sign saying "I am Charlie."

The push comes after the Twitter and YouTube accounts for U.S. Central Command were taken over by hackers yesterday.
WASHINGTON (AP) — A unanimous Supreme Court says home buyers don't need to file a lawsuit, but may simply write a letter if they want to back out of a mortgage because they claim their lender violated the federal Truth in Lending Act. Today's ruling came in a case involving a Minnesota couple who refinanced their home in 2007 with Countrywide Home Loans. They claim the company failed to provide some disclosures required under federal law.
