NEW YORK (AP) — The wake begins this afternoon for former three-term New York Gov. Mario Cuomo, who died Thursday at age 82. Cuomo's funeral is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Cuomo challenged Ronald Reagan's description of America as "a shining city on a hill" by delivering a keynote address about a country split between haves and have-nots. Cuomo rebuffed attempts to get him to run for president.
