COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) — Prince George's County Police say a man was found dead in a parking garage in College Park.
Officers went to Milestone Way about 2:30 a.m. Thursday for a reported shooting. They found 22-year-old Stefon Donnell Powell of District Heights dead in the garage, with apparent gunshot wounds.
Police are trying to identify suspects and motives in the slaying.
