DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — The University of Dayton is sending hundreds of new graduates out into the world.
The Catholic school in southwest Ohio says nearly 580 students were to receive degrees during Saturday commencement ceremonies at the UD Arena.
School officials say the job outlook for the new graduates is on the upswing. The University of Dayton says 95 percent of the spring 2014 graduates who responded to a school survey said they were employed, pursuing and advanced degree or taking part in a service program.
