PENNSBURG, Pa. (AP) — The search for the ex-Marine in Pennsylvania who is suspected of killing his ex-wife and five of her relatives is over. Police have found the body of Bradley Stone in the woods near his suburban Philadelphia home. That word comes from a prosecutor. Authorities say Stone -- who was in a custody dispute with his ex-wife -- went on a shooting rampage yesterday before daybreak at three homes.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Potential Republican presidential candidates are certain to be watching for Jeb Bush's decision on a presidential run. The former Florida governor announced today that he will "actively explore" the idea, and a spokeswoman says Bush will announce his decision next year after measuring support for a run. A spokesman for Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio says Rubio has "a lot of respect" for Bush, but that his decision on whether to seek the presidency won't be based on "who else might be running."

WASHINGTON (AP) — A divided Senate has confirmed President Barack Obama's pick to head the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. The 55-39 vote elevates Sarah Saldana, now the U.S. attorney in Dallas, to lead the federal agency that enforces federal border control, trade and immigration laws. Saldana had claimed strong support among Republicans when she was nominated earlier this year, but that changed after Obama took executive actions to grant work permits to millions in the U.S. illegally.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Hackers calling themselves Guardians of Peace are making ominous threats against movie theaters showing the Sony Pictures film "The Interview." The threats make reference to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. "The Interview" is a comedy in which Seth Rogen and James Franco star as TV journalists involved in a CIA plot to assassinate North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Its New York premiere is scheduled for Thursday, and it's expected to hit theaters nationwide on Christmas. A spokesman for the National Association of Theater Owners isn't commenting on the threats.

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — A federal jury is handing a victory to Apple. The jury says the company didn't compete unfairly when it sold music players and songs with copy-protection software that was incompatible with rival devices and with music from competing online stores. The federal jury rejected a claim from attorneys for consumers and iPod resellers. They wanted as much as $1 billion in a class-action lawsuit.
