CORYDON, Ind. (AP) — A southern Indiana teacher has been charged with child seduction for an alleged a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.

The Courier-Journal of Louisville, Kentucky, reports (http://cjky.it/1BTiZkh ) that court documents allege 28-year-old Kellen Hubert engaged in consensual sex acts with the girl in the concession stand area of Corydon Central Junior High School on multiple occasions in November.

Harrison County Prosecutor Otto Schalk says Hubert's position of authority as a teacher is an exception to Indiana's statute that sets the age of consent at 16.

Hubert teaches at the junior high and coaches at Corydon Central High School.

He was charged Sunday. Court records show Hubert posted a $10,000 cash bond Monday and was released with the condition he make no contact with children under the age of 18.
