Mrs. Backers pastry shop is a family operated and owned business, established in 1941. It is a full service bakery but are especially known for their beautiful flowered cakes. Right now the pastry shop is working on their seasonal poinsettia decorated cakes. Mrs. Backers has over 1,500 pastries and tons of cookies ready for the holiday season.
