ELKO, Nev. (AP) — A 23-year-old Elko man has been ordered to stand trial on robbery and attempted murder charges in a shooting the victim's sister says stemmed from a bad drug deal.

Cody Huff is accused of pointing a gun at Horacio Bravo's head and shooting him in the neck and shoulder area on Nov. 4.

The Elko Daily Free Press reports (http://tinyurl.com/kqrs5q2) Bravo testified in Elko Justice Court on Friday that he survived the shooting by ducking at the last minute.

His sister, Esmeralda Sanchez, testified that Huff and another man, John Stratz, were seeking revenge when they approached her mobile home in Elko.

Sanchez said she and her boyfriend earlier sold a bag of rock candy to Stratz for $120 and told him it was methamphetamine.
