BRISTOL, Va. (AP) — Virginia Intermont College is selling its campus in Bristol and several associated properties.
The 130-year-old liberal arts college closed in May following accreditation and financial problems.
Interim president Art Reprovick tells media outlets that the property is being sold to help pay some of the college's debts.
Bristol-based commercial real estate company Land Partners has listed the price at $15 million.
