SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Police are releasing the name of a Utah woman who died after she was crushed by more than a ton of concrete molds that fell from a semitrailer.
Authorities say 49-year-old Cynthia Weeks of South Jordan was dropping off the molds with her husband in Eagle Mountain Monday when they slipped off the semitrailer and landed on her.
Utah County Sheriff's Sgt. Spencer Cannon says Weeks died at the scene.
