ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Officials say two people were injured and several guests were evacuated after a hot water line ruptured at Universal Orlando's Cabana Bay Resort.

A water line between the first and second floors ruptured just after 4 a.m. Tuesday, flooding the sections of the first floor with hot water. The injured guests stepped into the hot water after being awakened by the activity in the hallways.

Fire officials told television stations the injured were taken to Dr. Phillips Hospital with minor burns on their feet.

The hotel relocated several guests to other parts of the hotel while the water line is being repaired.

No further details were immediately available.
