CALDWELL, Idaho (AP) — A southwest Idaho man who pulled a gun on a woman during an argument has been sentenced to five years in prison.
The Idaho Press-Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1nYqWj7) that 26-year-old Jonathan Cody Wills received the sentence Monday in 3rd District Court and must serve two years before becoming eligible for parole.
Wills pleaded guilty Aug. 15 to aggravated assault after being arrested for pointing a handgun at a woman he argued with.
Prosecutors dropped other charges, including a persistent violator enhancement, in exchange for the guilty plea.
