WALHALLA, S.C. (AP) — A janitor at Walhalla High School has been arrested and charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Multiple media outlets reported that 23-year-old Terrence Tremayne Galloway of Pendleton was arrested Monday. Galloway is accused of exchanging text messages of a sexual nature and engaging in a sex act on school property with a 15-year-old female student.
Walhalla police said the student was the only victim. The investigation is continuing.
It was not clear if Galloway has an attorney. He's being held in the Oconee County jail.
