Police: Suspect's YouTube videos lead to arrest

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas marijuana grow operation was busted after police said its operator led them to it through his YouTube videos.

Police say 35-year-old -year-old Jason Pelletier was taken into custody Friday after an anonymous tipster notified them about the videos.

The videos walk viewers through an area filled with what appears to be marijuana plants and feature discussion about their growing conditions.

Jason Pelletier is accusing of posting the videos.

Police say they counted 67 plants and 6.5 pounds of dry marijuana at the couple's home. Investigators believe other plants were harvested earlier in the week.

Police Lt. Laz Chavez told the Las Vegas Sun (http://bit.ly/1mEBPpp ) Pelletier and his wife, Stephanie Pelletier, will be charged with possession with intent to sell, manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana.
