NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed unchanged to $1.50 a bale lower Thursday.

The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton declined 12 cents to 61.07 cents per pound Thursday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
