Marshall County District Attorney Steven Marshall says Allen will be sentenced in mid-October.

Police say Allen shook the baby violently while caring for her in January 2012. Police say Gemma Lashae Moore died of blunt force trauma and had injuries consistent with shaken baby syndrome.
