JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (AP) — A 10-month-old boy who was believed to be suffering from shaken baby syndrome has died at a Pittsburgh hospital, and his death has been ruled a homicide.

Nobody has been charged in Wednesday's death of little Brennon Everett.

The Johnstown boy was taken to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC on Aug. 15.

The boy's father, Shawn Hill, has said the boy fell and hit his head.

The Cambria County district attorney was expected to announce developments in the case later Friday.
